Single Origin - Rwanda - Inzovu

Rwanda may be small, but its coffee is often nothing short of divine. Despite the challenges of being landlocked and the associated higher export costs, Rwanda boasts around 400,000 small-scale growers producing exclusively Arabica coffee.

Our Rwandan coffee, grown at altitudes between 1,400 and 1,900 meters, includes the Bourbon and Typica varieties. It is a fully washed blend from 40 washing stations and 35,000 farmers. The beans are hulled, graded, and hand-sorted at the Rwanda Trading Company in Kigali.

This coffee is fruity, well-balanced, and sweet, with delightful hints of cranberries. We roast our Rwandan beans to a light to medium level to preserve these exquisite flavours.
