Single Origin - El Salvador - Las Isabellas

Our coffee from El Salvador is sourced from the Las Isabellas farm, a blend of Pacamara and Bourbon varieties. Located on the southern face of "Cerron Grande" in Apaneca, in the western region of El Salvador, this farm sits at an altitude of 1,200 to 1,450 meters and is part of the Blue Harvest project.

Spanning 175 acres, Las Isabellas boasts natural forests, springs, and waterfalls. It is also a certified Rainforest Alliance farm, meticulously managed by its owner, Jose Roberto Santamaria.

This coffee is sweet and mild, with delightful flavours of plums and chocolate.
