Mountain Water Decaf

Using water from the highest mountain in Mexico, this coffee undergoes a natural process, resulting in a beverage that is 99.9% caffeine-free.

Our coffee features the Bourbon, Caturra, Typica, and Catuaí varietals, grown at an altitude of around 1,000 meters. This relatively low altitude produces large beans that yield a smooth coffee with low acidity.

Sourced from smallholder producers, this decaf coffee is delivered to the San Cristobal de las Casas and Yajalón buying stations in northern Chiapas, east and northeast of Tuxtla Gutiérrez.
